Felix and Kristin Fils
Western New York's farming community employs many Spanish-speaking workers, both seasonally and year-round. Some live year-round and raise their families in the area, and some seasonally travel to the area for work during the summer and fall harvest seasons. This presents a unique opportunity to share the Gospel with Spanish-speaking workers and their families, some of whom would have little opportunity back home to hear the Gospel. God has shaped the Fils to be able to share the hope of Christ by serving the unique needs of these families and building long-term relationships.
Paul and dondra decker
After 28 years of pastoral ministry, Paul and Dondra Decker have entered into a new ministry challenge – campus ministry. Having always possessed a burden for youth, the Deckers are taking a step of faith, following God’s direction to become a part of the leadership team at the University at Buffalo, New York.
Paul is coming alongside Missions Door minister Tim Stewart to reinforce the discipleship and counseling efforts because the need is great among students there.
Tim and Paul work together to help students come into a living relationship with God and grow in applying their faith on campus.
Interestingly, many years ago Paul invited Tim to the Buffalo area to serve at the University at Buffalo. During that time Paul served as Tim’s senior pastor. Now the Lord has brought them together in an even stronger connection – serving the Lord together, shoulder-to-shoulder.

Dan and deanna woodard
Dan and Deanna seek to fulfill the Great Commission by assisting Canada’s First Nations leaders and mission leaders in developing healthy disciples, leaders and churches across Canada and beyond. They are guided by three core ministry values. Their value of TEAMING shows itself in facilitating ministry teams (often bi-cultural) in serving one another in their areas of strengths to accomplish a common purpose. Their value of TRAINING compels them to mentor, coach and facilitate workshops to equip others to serve with excellence naturally. Their value of TRANSFORMATION shows in their focus on life change at the heart level to enable movements marked by change from the inside out, including core assumptions of reality. After thirteen years serving in Baptist Int’l Missions and twenty-five years in InterAct Ministries, they joined ACTION in July 2018.
